The Supervisory Board’s decision is aimed at making LOTOS Petrobaltic the main decision-making centre for the LOTOS Group’s upstream business. Through its subsidiaries LOTOS E&P Norge and LOTOS Geonafta, LOTOS Petrobaltic is also engaged in on- and offshore exploration and production in Norway and Lithuania. In line with its strategy, in 2015 LOTOS Petrobaltic intends to produce 1.2m tonnes of crude, i.e. approximately 10% of the Gdańsk refinery's annual throughput.
